SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipments will have a tracking number; the shipping price depends on the customer's address. Tracking information can be expected within seven business days from shipment.

When your order has been shipped, Our Daily Threads LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package. When shipping information has been posted, and there is a delay and/or the package is not arriving, Our Daily Threads LLC is not liable and needs more control since it will be in the hands of USPS. If this issue arises, please get in touch with your local USPS location. We will not be able to give a refund or resend an order if this happens.

Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Shipments will not go out on Federal Holidays, and Our Daily Threads LLC cannot be responsible for severe weather and service interruptions. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If a clothing product does not work out, you will be able to return the product up to 14 days from receiving the product. This means that the return must be postmarked within 14 days from the time it was delivered. The items must be unworn and unwashed. If it does not meet this criteria, we will not be able accept the return and you will not receive a refund.

To exchange the product, please contact us and we will give further instructions on where to send the item.
